This software update adds support for editing in social media vertical resolutions such as TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram TV, DaVinci Neural Engine enabled AI voice isolation tools, vector keyframing for Fairlight automation curve editing and support for automatic individual timeline locks for multi-user collaboration. For audio, this update adds a new AI dialogue leveler and Fairlight grid support for editing to timecode or musical tempo. This update also improves ATEM Mini ISO project importing, now keeping audio attached to video clips. DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor functionality has been added to the edit page with support for subtitle track presets and per track formatting rules. There’s also support for Dolby Vision cinema trims, fractional display scaling for Windows and Linux and overall performance improvements with multiple tools. This version requires a DaVinci Resolve Studio license dongle or software activation code.
